Referral Terms & Conditions
These Referral Fee Terms set out the terms on which we intend to pay you fees for referring new Investor/Traders to Arnam Capital platform. They apply as soon as you agree to these terms through an email confirmation and you are deemed to be bound by them for every referral.

Relationship to Other Agreements on the Site

In addition to these Referral Fee Terms, our site Terms and Conditions apply to you and everyone else who uses the Arnam Capital site and its services. We refer to the Terms of Use and the Referral Fee Terms as the ‘agreements’.
Referral Fees

From time to time we may have in place arrangements by which we pay you referral fees for referring Investor/Traders to Arnam Capital. Currently, we have one referral fee arrangement in place:

Referral fees that we pay when you, as an Arnam Capital member, refer a new Investor/Trader to Arnam Capital, we call these “Investor/Trader referral fees”. Investor/Trader referral fees are paid by PayPal transfer once a new member who has been introduced through referral has successfully registered to Arnam Capital subscription and all funds have been successfully transferred to Arnam Capital and also the entire term [Month] of membership has been completed. You will be contacted by Arnam Capital at this point to facilitate the transfer of payment to you.

In the event that a Investor/Trader is referred to us more than once, then only the first referral received by Arnam Capital will be eligible to earn referral fees.

Any or all of these referral fees are subject to change or to being withdrawn at any time and entirely at our discretion. Such changes may impact the fees payable in respect of referrals you have already made. Any new referral fee process will be described either on the website or in the form of notice to you. All referral fees will be a percentage of the net receipts received by us after deduction of taxes, paypal & other fees. All referral fees shall be paid gross of any tax you may be required to pay. Our referral fee system is intended to encourage you to refer genuinely new investors/traders to Arnam Capital. Any dispute shall be resolved through mutual discussions. However, the determination as to whether to refuse to pay referral fees will be made entirely at our discretion. We are under no obligation to explain our decisions

Summary of Fees/Current Referral Fee Rates

We have a 25/15 partnership engagement with all our partners that provides them good flexibility and an opportunity to earn excellent income month on month through referrals.
25 stands for 25% of the net receipts received by us from a new member in the first month. 25% is earned by the partner member in the first month.
15 stands for 15% of the net receipts received by us month on month second month onwards by a continuing client. 15% is earned by the partner member from the second month until the client continues with the service.
To refer, partner member shall only need to share Name & Contact Number of the new prospective member through an email. We shall intimate you as soon as they contact/join us. Additionally, they may also copy you in an email to us.
All payments are processed and deposited in the Partner member's Paypal account within 7 days on completion of the respective month of membership.

No Waiver

In the event that either you or we fail to exercise any right or remedy contained in these Referral Fee Terms, that does not mean you or we (as applicable) have waived that right or remedy and so shall not be construed as a waiver
Revisions
From time to time we may update these Referral Fee Terms to take account of changes in the law or for any other reason. If we update these Referral Fee Terms, we will post a new version on the Website, and as soon as you use the Website after they are posted, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated version, but you will still be bound by the terms of any previous versions to which you have agreed or been deemed to agree. If there is a conflict between two versions on the Referral Fee Terms to which you have agreed or been deemed to agree, the more recent version shall take precedence unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

Amendments
We may amend these terms and conditions (including changes to referral rates) from time to time. We will give you at least 7 days' notice of changes.
